There might come a necessity for you as Admin to temporarily lock or deactivate the account. You can do so by clicking the Emergency Exit button located on top of your IndicaOnline page. If it is not there, make sure you have the appropriate permission checked located under the Staff section.
To close your account, do the following:
- Log in to your IndicaOnline account and click the Emergency Exit button on top of the page;
- Carefully read the information provided in the confirmation pop-up and hit OK if you agree and want to proceed.
As soon as you click OK you and all other users will be automatically logged out.
The next time you would want to use the system you will see a notification instead of the login screen.
- Click the Send Message button or dial the number provided if you want to reactivate your office.
