To edit permissions, do the following:
1) Log in to your IndicaOnline account, go to Config -> Staff and select a staff member.
2) On the staff member profile, click the Permissions tab and click the Edit Permissions button.
3) You can set the permissions manually, or use the preset to apply permissions that are typical to the staff member's responsibilities.
- To manually set the permissions, click the expand button + and select the necessary Permission checkboxes, or use the Check/Uncheck all buttons on the right-hand side of the screen.
- To use the presets, click the Fill from presets dropdown list and pick one of the default sets of permissions. Click the Apply button and verify all permissions (uncheck or check any specific permissions if necessary).
- If you want to save the selected permissions as a preset, fill out the Name field, click the Save As New Preset button, and then the Save button at the bottom of the page.
4) To save the permission settings, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
