When a new Potify Patient completes profile and signs Informed Consent, they are verified by IndicaOnline's Potify Verification Support Team in a swift and timely manner (in a matter of few minutes). But the Dispensary Staff Members have the ability to verify the Patients themselves, if they would like to do so before the Verification Support Team.
Dispensary Staff Members can review and approve or deny verification for Pending Patients.
ATTENTION. Approving a verification will confirm the Patient's claimed Patient Type, whereas Denying verification will decline Patient Type verification and eliminate signed Informed Consent for the claimed Patient Type. If a New Patient verification is denied, such an account will be removed from Dispensary completely.
Furthermore, all Orders for yet Pending Patients will show up on Pending Orders Tab. Accepting an Order placed by a Pending Patient will redirect Dispensary Staff to Pending Patient Profile so that said Patient could be verified. Once the Patient is verified, Dispensary Staff may return to the Pending Orders list or proceed to review other existing Pending Patients.
NOTE. Denying a Pending Patient verification will automatically decline all the Pending Orders for such a Patient.
