The Patient List will show the list of all your patients, either imported or created. Here you will be able to search for patients, edit their information, etc.
To view the Patient List:
- Login to IndicaOnline, click Patients in the top left-hand corner and then click the Patient List tab to see the list of patients on the right-hand side of the screen (only a part of the list is represented on the picture below).
Each Patient details line contains information on patients' ID, Type, Name, Group (if assigned), Rec Status (patients without a recommendation are highlighted in red) and Potify logo, if they have a Potify account. It also contains the Action Menu on the right-hand side, where you can Check In your patients, as well as Edit or Delete their profiles.
To find a patient:
- Type the patient's first or last name into the Search field and click the Search button;
- Or click the Advanced Search drop-down button to extend the search criteria. Fill out the necessary fields and click Search at the bottom for the system to find your patient.
On the Patient's page you can also click the buttons on the right-hand side of the Search field:
Add New Patient - to add a new patient,
Export To CSV - to import or export your patient database if needed,
Send SMS To All and Send Email To All - to create SMS or email blasts.
