Check in List displays every patient that has been checked into the dispensary. You can look at it as a waiting list. Also, Patient Queue on the iPad POS mirrors the Check In List.
This list is office sensitive. If you are logged in as Admin, you will be able to see all patients checked in across multiple offices. If logged in under a staff member, you will see patients checked in at your office only.
To view the list, do the following:
- Log in to your IndicaOnline account, go to Patients and click the Check In List tab to access the Patient Check In List;
The list gives you access to the patient information (type, name, date of birth, etc.); check-in details (shelf, time, if it's a new or returning patient, etc.).
Here you can do the following:
- Click the patient name to be redirected to the patient profile;
- Press the Add to queue button to add the intake form to the queue;
- Click the Check Out button to the right of the patient name to manually check out patients.
