Logging in to Indica POS App

Downloading the correct app is essential to utilizing IndicaOnline at its full potential. The Point of Sale  (Indica POS) application is only available for iPad (running iOS 11 or higher) in the App Store and is required to process and complete orders. Download the Indica POS app for free by clicking this link:

You can also follow the instructions to download Indica POS on your iPad:

1. Open the App Store app on your iPad

2. Search for Indica POS

3. Click "Get" and confirm the download 

After launching the Indica POS application you will have to log in with the same email and password that you used when you initially signed up for IndicaOnline. If you do not have an IndicaOnline account, you can create one by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on your iPad or by going to our website. 

Once logged in, make sure to create your PIN number in order to access your POS later and click on "Activate This iPad" in the bottom left-hand corner. After your iPad is activated, open shift to start processing orders.
