With E-Sign MD you can have all your forms signed electronically. You can learn more about the E-sign MD app and how it works by clicking the link below.
Send patient documents to sign directly from your Indica POS. Follow the steps below:
1) Log in to Indica POS with your PIN number, click Menu and next select Patients. Search for a patient and click right arrow to access their patient profile.
2) Once inside patient profile go to Forms and tap Add Form. Select Use Intake Device...
...select one of the activated intake iPad (with logged in E-Sign MD App)
When the form is signed by the patient, it will be saved and available in the documents section of Patient profile. All your electronic or scanned forms will be available in this section.
