In most cases, settings need to be adjusted on the iPad POS to reconnect the scales.
Before checking pos settings, restart the scales and the POS HUB. Make sure your scales have a solid USB connection with the POS HUB. Once restarted, start an order on the POS and test the scales.
Follow the steps below if resetting scales didn't solve the problem.
Log in to iPad POS with your Pin number.
Tap Menu--> Settings--> Hardware--> Scales
In the list of scales select your scales brand (A&D or Mettler Tolledo) and turn Stream Mode to Yes.
Tap on the scales once to set them as default. Once done, start an order on the POS and test the scales again.
