Setting Up Driver for Brother QL710-W Label Printer (Windows)

Your label printer is a WI-FI printer. When setting it up make sure to connect it to the same wi-fi network as your iPad will be on. We will walk you through the driver installation first and next you will learn how to link your printer with your iPad Indica POS. Follow the steps below to install printer driver:

Step_1:

Download "Printer Driver" from the Brother official website

When you downloaded the file, run and unzip it to the folder. 

Make sure your label printer is on. It should have 1 solid green light on. 

Select Operating System

Download Printer Driver for Windows PC only. Follow these steps for Mac set up. 

Run file D_SETUP

Step_2:

Follow the installation guide:

Select Wireless Network Connection 

Click Next

Click Next

Connect your Brother Label printer via usb cable to your laptop or computer and connect it to your network once on the next window.

If you see this screen, your Label printer is not properly connected to the computer or laptop via usb. If it is connected, try to unplug the usb cord from the computer and plug it back in so this window will disappear. 

When installation is complete, you should see 2 solid green lights on the label printer.
