When your printer driver is installed and the printer is connected, switch to the iPad and make sure your iPad is on the same WI-FI network as the label printer. Login to the Indica POS and follow the steps:
1) Click on Menu and select Settings
2) From the Settings go to Hardware and select Label Printers
3) The system will search for the available printer. Once found, tap on the printer to set it as default.
Only one printer can be set as default. If the POS is not able to find the label printer, check your WiFi network and make sure your iPad is connected to the same network as your printer. Try to restart the printer and then search again. In case your wireless settings have been changed, use our article for MAC here and Windows here to reconfigure the label printer.
