Use the Black List and stay safe with IndicaOnline. This is a simple but powerful feature to manage unwanted patients from attempting to make purchases.
If you have a patient that is always trying to steal or harass your bud tenders, you have the option to put that patient onto the IndicaOnline Black List.
NOTE: To add a patient to the Black List, the patient must have a zip code attached to their Patient Profile.
How to Add a Patient to the Blacklist
1. Enter the Patient's Profile and then clicking on Actions in the top right-hand corner. Select add to Black List.
2. A window will pop up giving you the option to either; block the patient from only your location, or you can either block the patient among the entire IndicaOnline Network.
3. Enter the reason or description of why the patient has been put on the blacklist and then click save.
When complete, you will notice a red banner at the top of the screen mentioning that this patient is now on the Black List, along with the reason why. You can easily remove the patient from the black list by clicking remove from black list.
