Patient groups are an extremely helpful tool that allow you to group/categorize your customers. A Patient group is sort of a label that you can assign to a patient and thus grouping them under certain types.
How to create a patient group
1) On the web browser, click on Patients and then click on Patient Groups. This will bring you to the your patient groups list. Once you have created a new group it will live here. You will have the option to edit or delete a group at anytime.
2) Click on add new patient group in the upper right hand corner and you will be brought to a screen were you will give your new list a name and then save.
3) you can now assign patients to this group are desired.
*You can search for patients that have been added to a group, or that have been black listed by doing an advanced search on the patient list.
