Once your patient is checked in they will be placed on queue. From here you can process an order for each patient. To get to the queue:
>Select Patient Queue from the menu bar located at the top of your screen
You will then be presented with the following screen.
1-Select the product your patient is interested in purchasing
2-Depending how you sale (pre-pack, weight, units) you will then make your selection
3-Add to cart
James Penny Nickle wants to purchase 1/8 of Fyre OG and 1/8 of blue dream.
Lets say your shop gives a VIP discount and James Penny Nickle is a VIP.
-Click on the discount Button and select the VIP preset discount (click here to learn how to create discount categories)
-Hide the Keyboard and select the VIP Discount
That is one way to give a discount. Say for example your shop is giving a $5 off any one 1/8 if you wear a green shirt. James Penny Nickle is wearing green today. We will give him $5 off on his first 1/8.
Select the on the product you want to discount
Click Discount Item
Here you will be presented with an option for a $ amount or a % amount
Here you are also able to delete or mark a product for free.
Now that we apply the appropriate discounts:
1-My patient has a store credit that he would like to use (Click here to learn all about loyalty points)
2-Select Add Payment for an additional form of payment
3-Select Payment Method (Learn how to modify payment methods for your shop accepts here)
Select complete order and you will then see:
Here you will see the correct change to give the patient
Receipts can be emailed or printed depending on your patient preference.
