If you ever find yourself with a product that isn't showing up after finishing a transfer, settings not pushing to your iPad or maybe you just changed a few permissions? Well we highly recommend you Refresh Data after making most major changes on the system. It only takes a second and it's completely harmless to the system, network and overall store and data. Consider it a deep breath of fresh air for your iPad.
To Get to Refresh Data:
- Click on menu
- Click on settings
- Click on reset data on the right side
This symbol is a Refresh Data button. Think of these as a shortcut to Refresh Data. They are found through the software in inventory and the POS.
Note:Refresh Data is available for all staff members.
