Every time you make changes to the system but the updated information is still missing, it means you need your data refreshed. It only takes a second and it's completely harmless to the system, network, overall store, etc., plus any staff member can do it. Consider it a deep breath of fresh air for your iPad.
To refresh the data within the whole application, do the following:
- Sign in to your IndicaOnline POS, tap the Menu button in the upper left corner to bring up the left-hand side panel and then tap the Settings tab;
- Tap Account in the top left corner and then the Refresh Data button at the bottom a bit to the right;
- Tap Refresh in the pop-up confirmation window to start importing the information;
- You will notice the 'Your store is ready' notification on top of the page when the data is refreshed.
You can also use the refresh icon if you want to update information on pages like Product List or Patient Order, etc.
You will not be able to see orders older than 2 weeks under the Order menu on your iPad after using Refresh Data.
