Once you have done the audit of your inventory, you might find that some products have a different actual count compared to what you have in IndicaOnline. Adjusting the quantity is a simple process that you can do both from your iPad or computer. This article will show you how to make adjustments on your PC.
To adjust product quantity, do the following:
- Log in to your IndicaOnline account, go to Inventory ⇒ Product List and select the product you would like to adjust;
- You will be brought to the product profile page under the Management tab;
- Select, drag and drop the amount to the Adjust Quantity box;
- Fill out the Qty field with the product amount that does not exceed the maximum indicated under the field. Select whether you want to Decrease or Increase the quantity and provide the Reason for it. Add expense or leave a note, if necessary. Click Save to apply the changes.
When you are adjusting the product which has Metrc packages checked in, IndicaOnline will allow you to select the package for which you are making the adjustment.
