Once you have done the audit of your inventory, you might find that some products have a different actual count compared to what you have in IndicaOnline. Adjusting the quantity is a simple process which you can do both from your iPad or computer. This article will show you how to make adjustments on your PC.
1. Select the product that you need to adjust and enter the product profile
2. From the product profile click on the Management tab
3. Select the quantity and drag the amount to the Adjust Quantity box
4. Select the reason for adjusting the quantity and leave a note describing the adjustment.
When you are adjusting the product which has Metrc packages checked in, IndicaOnline will allow you to select the package for which you are making an adjustment. The adjustment functionality will allow you to decrease and also increase the quantity of each product or package. When adjusting you can also create an expense when needed.
