Once you've done the audit of your inventory, you might find that some products have a different actual count compared to what you have in IndicaOnline. Adjusting the quantity is a simple process which you can do either from your back office or iPad POS. This article will show you how to make adjustments from the back office.
1. Select the product that you need to adjust and enter the product profile
2. From product profile click on Management tab
3. Select the weight from the Jar or one of the prepackages and drag the amount to Adjust Quantity
4. Select the reason for adjusting the quantity and leave a note describing the adjustment.
When you are adjusting product which has Metrc packages checked in, IndicaOnline will allow you to select the package for which you are making an adjustment. The adjustment functionality will allow you to decrease and also increase the quantity of each product or package. When adjusting you can also create an expense when needed.
