Once a patient profile has been created, there are several things that you have access to, such as patient's Bonus Points, Recommendations, History, etc. All in all, there are 8 sections you can look into.
To do that:
- Log in to your IndicaOnline account, go to Patients ⇒ Patient list, and select the patient whose profile you want to have a closer look at.
1. General Info
In this section you will be able to see all the patient's basic information including the expiry date of their recommendation (Expires In), the amount of their Store Credits, their Balance, the number of their Checkins and Orders, how long they have been your patient (With Us), Main Information and all their Contact Information.
You can also edit the patient profile by clicking the Edit Profile button to the right of Main Information.
