1. Go into your Patient List and select a patient profile and click Actions
2. From here you can either add a Note or a Comment to the Patient.
3. Once a Note is added you can view it under the patient profile Notes section. If a Comment is added it will be displayed at the top of the screen when you go into the patient profile.
4. If a Comment is left on a patients profile from the Back Office the bud tender will be able to see that comment at checkout.
