How to Add Patients to Black List (on iPad)

Use the Black List and stay safe with IndicaOnline. This is a simple but powerful feature to manage unwanted patients from attempting to make purchases. If you have a patient that is always trying to steal or harass your budtenders, you have the option to put that patient onto the IndicaOnline Black List. 

To add a patient to the Black List, do the following:

1. Go to the Patient List and select the patient you want to add to the Black List.

2. In the Patient's Profile go to the ellipsis and tap Block Patient. 

3. Then you can select to add the patient to your dispensary Black List or all of IndicaOnline network. You will have to give a reason why they are being added to the Black List and click Block. 

4. A red banner will be displayed across the top of the Patient Profile saying they are Black Listed.
