1. In your Patient List go to the returning patient that you want to check in and select the Check In.
Alternatively, if you are adding a new patient you can check them in by selecting Check In from their Patient Profile.
2. Then you will be able to select the Office that you want to check the patient into as well as a Referral Option for how they heard about you. Then finish by clicking Save.
3. Once completed you can go to the Check In List to see how many patients you have checked in. You will also be able to manually check out patients by selecting Check Out. When patients are in the Check In List you will see whether they are a new patient or returning patient as indicated by the icons under Service.
NOTE: If you are logged in as Admin you will be able to see all patients checked in across multiple office. If logged in under staff you will see patients checked in for your specific office.
If you Check In patients from the Back Office they will appear on the iPad in your patient queue.
