Mileage Calculation on the Indica Delivery App (Android)

Before you proceed, remember:

1. “Mileage Calculator” settings can only be used with a closed shift;

2. At the end of your working day, please close your shift for better data collection;

3. Once the shift has been closed, the total distance traveled is removed.  

Step 1. Start your working day by entering the PIN and enabling the "Mileage Calculation" feature. Please open your shift on your delivery app once the feature is enabled.

Go to Settings -> "Mileage Calculation"

 

Step 2 - Assign a driver to begin order delivery;

Step 3 - All assigned orders must be accepted first. You can do this by scanning the barcode; 

Step 4 - Use your phone as a delivery driver to scan the receipt barcodes assigned to you;

Step 5 - Your order has been accepted;

Step 6 - Begin your first order delivery with the Smart Delivery Route Assignment;

Step 7 - Once the shift has been completed, you can see the total mileage traveled per day;

Step 8 - On the "Total Distance Traveled" page, you can see the current date, the total number of miles traveled per working day;

Step 9 - Close your shift.
