Once you have received enough tags for all of your pre-existing inventory and completed the widget, you need to export the document containing your available tags. You will find this by logging into your Metrc profile and clicking Admin>Tags>Available.
Click on the printer icon and select Excel to trigger the file download.
Send this file to support@indicaonline.com so that we can start the sync process. It may take up to 7 days to complete but will not require you to stop normal business. After the sync is done, you will need to scan all your products so that they can be added to the cart on the POS.
Important: After completing Metrc Integration and/or Inventory Migration, please do not check in MJ products via Product Profile anymore, use Pending Packages tab (under Inventory) instead after accepting the transfer from Metrc.
