How to Set Up Product Specials (on iPad)

You can set up your products with predetermined specials through the Product Profile. Here you can offer special prices for products based on Happy Days or Hours and even when the quantity of an item hits a certain amount. 

How to set up Product Speicals

1) Go to Menu -> Inventory -> Product List.

2) Choose the product you would like to set up the special price for and tap the area with the rightwards arrow to open the product profile.

You can set up special prices under the Happy Hours, Happy Days, Date Range and Qty Falls To tabs. E.g., hit the Happy Hours tab, set the time range, change the prices in the Special Price column and tap the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

Please note, that if you enabled the Setting Up Prices Per Patient Type setting, you will be able to see and set up prices per Patient Type. For more information on Setting Up Prices Per Patient Type, see this article.

To cancel the special, simply clear the Special Price fields, tap the Save button and confirm the changes by pressing OK.
