Fulfillment statuses allow your employees to track the status of orders such as Unfulfilled, Processing and Fulfilled. By using your computer you can access the orders page to view this information.
Step 1: Log in to your IndicaOnline domain on a desktop computer. (https://xxxx.indicaonline.com/)
Step 2: Select Inventory on the left-hand side of the screen and click the Orders tab.
Here you locate and view the order. Set the search criteria by clicking the Filter Orders button, selecting the filter, and pressing Add Filter. Or use the search bar to locate the order by order number.
The order fulfillment is represented in three colored boxes:
Unfulfilled order. This status is used for delivery and pick up orders that have been saved but the fulfillment has not started yet.
Processing order. This status is assigned to the orders that have started the fulfillment process. It means the products are being collected.
Fulfilled order. This status indicates that all the items have been packaged and the order is ready to be picked up or delivered.
