IndicaOnline has created an opportunity to connect Bluetooth receipt printers to IndicaOnline App for Couriers as we understand how important it is to confirm the transaction has happened and the terms of it have been recorded.
To connect a receipt printer, do the following:
- Log in to your IncidaOnline App for Couriers, tap the Settings button
in the upper right corner and hit the Receipt Printers tab;
- Press the BT Pair button in the upper right corner if you do not see any devices or simply want to connect new ones. Make sure your Bluetooth is on and accepts new units to start the search. Choose the printer you want to connect in the Select An Accessory pop-up.
- Select the printer and tap the Set as Default Printer tab if you want to use this printer for printing receipts. You can also hit Test Printer first to confirm that it is working.
- The green chek mark indicates that the printer has been set as default. If you want to change it, simply tap the printer and select Unlink Printer to be able to set another one as default.
