Pending Packages Removal Flow

You can remove Pending Packages that have been transferred from your Metrc facility.

Packages to be removed will be deleted only from the list in your IndicaOnline account, not in your Metrc account.

How to remove Pending Packages

1) Go to Inventory -> Pending Packages.

2) Select the packages you want to eliminate by using the checkboxes on the left.

NOTE. Make sure that the packages which you have selected are not located in your Metrc UI under the Active Packages tab on the facility you are trying to remove them from.

If sales from the packages are to be reported to Metrc, please do it manually (refer to Sales by Packages report under Statistics - Reports - Sales) or contact Metrc as IndicaOnline cannot report sales retroactively.

Then choose the Remove option and click Go.

3) Wait while IndicaOnline checks the availability of the selected packages in Metrc. It usually takes about 30-60 seconds (depends on the Metrc load).

4) Then review and verify the selected and available packages.

To remove packages, click the Confirm and Remove button.
